As Head of Marketing, you’ll understand the motivations and capture the imaginations of investors, consumers, business leaders, and key influencers in the market. You’ll also have a deep understanding of the different platforms, channels, and strategies that should be employed in order to reach them.

As a dynamic team of smart software engineers, strategic heads and a driven sales team, we are seeking a self-starter, with a can-do attitude, a thinker and doer to help us scale the brand globally over the immediate future.

Objectives and responsibilities:

Strategy:Develop, implement and lead brand strategy to maximise brand value across key markets. This role is responsible for the creation and placement of advertising and lead generation activities that is in support of the business’s and sales team’s initiatives through media planning, creative development, metrics, market research, and vendor management.

Brand:The Head of Marketing is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our brand communications across our global business(s). Working closely with each internal stakeholder to understand and develop our brand vision, you will be responsible for ensuring the Re-brand story is reflected accurately and consistently across all internal and customer-facing touchpoints and activities, strengthening our brand identity and building awareness across the globe.

Data & Analytics:Plays a central analytical role in establishing metrics for the purpose of measuring Marketing channel and brand effectiveness against KPI’s; in addition, the appointee will also establishes a process for benchmarking the brand’s performance in various in order to ensure that campaigns are relevant and competitive. They will also integrate PR processes in brand marketing campaigns that ensures maximization of ROI.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Activations:Develops, creates and executes the Digital Marketing plan across all digital platforms with a specific emphasis on lead generation, conversion, retention and management of social channels. This role also requires management of CMS in relation to content and management of email campaigns.

Corporate Communications; Internal & External:The Head of Marketing will increase the companies brand awareness through communicating its Brand value to both internal and external customers and stakeholders. In addition, they will track, measure and analyse all communication methods and manage relationships with the key media players to secure and grow online and offline coverage.

Partner Marketing:

This role is responsible for leading campaigns and customer events with its key partners across the markets

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, journalism, commerce or relevant qualification

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 10 years experience in either B2B or B2C across any vertical
  • Experience in marketing communications (PR and Internal comms) as well as digital marketing operations, essential to have both
  • Proven record of delivering global brand plans, assets and campaigns
  • Successful experience in launching and driving brand marketing campaigns that have built momentum for a brand’s awareness and consumer acquisition on a global scale
  • Experience working within a founder lead business ideal
  • Expert knowledge of brand marketing techniques, tools and platforms
  • Ability to combine a balance of commercial results-delivery with creative and entrepreneurial flair
